Every difficult period creates the need to adapt and find ways to operate under the new conditions dictated by those difficulties.

One of the tasks of companies in times of crisis, is to quickly realize the changes that this new period brings and find out new ways and means of communication.

Thus, HSE 2021, organized by the Operations Center, which did us the honor of entrusting us with the implementation of the Conference on Health, Safety & Environment 2021, was conducted with great success entirely online.

Safety First, today translates into new occupational risk prevention strategies.

The Conference was held entirely online with ZOOM and the participation of major Sponsors Organizations and Companies, with a very significant presence and influence in the industry they represent, such as PAEGAE, PAPPAS BI, KONICA MINOLTA, MANTIS and many others, with speakers from all over Europe!

ATTEND Tourism Advisors was responsible for the implementation of the project which consisted of the following:

• Technical Organization of the Conference for over 200 people!
• Registration of interested parties on the platform.
• Preparing and Sending an invitation via e-mail to interested parties.
• Prepare and Send a reminder one hour before the Conference via email to those interested.
• Preparation of Informative-Advertising Video for the conference, based on the specifications of the organizing company.

The following was supported during the December 1^st Conference:

• Monitoring and support of speakers in case they are not connected to the platform on time.
• Changing the roles of specific delegates to speakers to meet the needs of the conference and vice versa.
• Image and audio editing.
• Appearance of appropriate windows with the speakers and the organizer and coordinator of the conference of the company Operations Center.
• View Legend with the sponsors during the conference at regular intervals.
• Video views of the sponsors (they were ready by the sponsors).
• Capture the entire conference on video.

After the Conference, ATTEND prepared, adapted and delivered to the organizing company, a number of reports as well as the Videos of the said conference.
